Our products are gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, sodium-free, MSG-free, soy-free, corn-free, egg-free, sesame-free, vegan and kosher (not certified). Our mixes and rubs are also salt-free and sugar-free, and everything we make is Non-GMO Project Verified. Only those with allergies to Mediterranean herbs, garlic or onion could be affected by our products: basil and oregano are in everything, sage and rosemary are in Grandma's Rub, and rosemary is in the Fish Sprinkle.
